Lincoln Tie Tack

The American Bald Eagle reproduced on this tie tack was featured on a set of cut and engraved glassware designed for the White House during President Abraham Lincoln's administration. The glass was first purchased in 1861 and reordered in 1865; several pieces remain in the White House Collection today.
