The White House Historical Association is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Service department via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original product packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
